    In addition to completing the mandatory sections of the EIA 846 Form, you are required to complete questions for all of the energy sources used during your manufacturing process or elsewhere within the establishment site. Please print and complete all sections for any of the energy sources listed in alphabetic order below that are used during your manufacturing process.
