Washington, DC, August 26, 2004 - U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) investigators are headed to the site of a chemical explosion and fire at C&G Manufacturing, an aircraft parts remanufacturing facility located in Ferris, Texas, 20 miles Southeast of Dallas in Ellis County.
