Report on exchanges and regulatory systems for exchange-traded derivatives transactions in certain jurisdictions with developing capital markets based on an examination of selected data on the economies, regulatory regimes, and exchanges of 25 countries located on five continents.
- Working Paper on National Laws Relating to Over-the-Counter Derivatives Transactions and the Public Policy Objectives of Financial Regulation, 2000.
