This Handbook has been created to provide easily accessible, current information for use by FLH employees and consultants. The Handbook presents an organized inventory of managerial practices, guidelines, and tools related to the management of highway projects. Specifically, this handbook provides an overview of Central Federal Lands Highway Division's project development and implementation processes and outlines documents pertinent to the delivery of a Federal Lands Highway project. As a result of the Handbook being a living document, you'll find that some of the items in the Handbook have yet to be "hot linked."
