The Central Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with the United States Forest Service and Plumas County, is proposing to replace a bridge (High Bridge) on Forest Highway 169, Old Red Bluff Road, also known as the Chester-Warner Valley Road and County Road 312. The project consists of replacing the one-lane bridge at Warner Creek (located 4.7 miles northwest of Chester, CA) and reconstructing about 1/3 mile of road at each approach.
