  • TEGL 24-07 The purpose of this Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) is to provide states with information on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 and FY 2008 rescissions for the WIA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs. Funding appropriated to states may be significantly affected and require a reevaluation of current spending patterns. March 26, 2008.
