A Federal program that employs students in any occupation on a temporary basis during the school year and/or in the summer. Students must be enrolled in an accredited institution on at least a half-time basis. There are no benefits, no assurance of continued employment, and no conversion to permanent. Students may be placed in any type of position, regardless of field of study. This is a temporary employment program. There is no financial need, no income criteria, or written test. Appointments may be full time or part time any time during the year".
