Partnership for Results, Inc. w as awarded a grant for $ 247,115 under the Foundations for Learning Grants Program. The organization will utilize these grant funds to provide a system of care for young children in nine early childhood centers in central NYS county. The project has five essential components that will promote the emotional, behavioral and social development of at least 240 children and increase the percentage of eligible children and their families receiving individualized support from child-serving agencies and organizations. These components are: (1) enhanced capacity of pre-school program educators to support at-risk children; (2) Comprehensive assessment of eligible children and their families; (3) Spectrum of evidence-based programs; (4) Improved access to community services; and (3) Enhanced accountability.

The City of Brockton, Brockton Public Schools w as awarded a grant for $ 176,755 under the Foundations for Learning Grants Program. The goal of this project is to implement Children's Support Services (CSS), a nationally recognized research-based citywide system of care for young children who exhibit significant social, emotional and /or behavioral challenges. The purpose of this program is to deliver services to children between the ages of 2 to 6 in the Brockton school district who: (1) exhibit social/emotional/behavioral difficulties that interfere with program activities or that negatively impact the child's development; (2) are considered environmentally at risk and in need of additional mental health and family support services from outside agencies; and (3) are involved with multiple agencies and as a result, may need more intensive case monitoring and coordination.

The Ontario-Montclair School District was awarded a grant for $300,000 under the Foundations for Learning Grants Program. The District will utilize these grant funds to implement the High Five Plus program. The program will provide services for a minimum of 75 children in the neighborhoods of the Ontario-Montclair School District .
