Columbiana County Has
a New Assisted Living Facility
EAST LIVERPOOL - A new assisted living facility, Crossroads at Beaver Creek, is now open in St. Clair Township in Columbiana County. The property was jointly developed by William and Vicki Holden and Dr. Albert and Sheri Buch.
Located at 13280 Echo Dell Road, the 54 unit facility was constructed on property that has been owned by the Holden Family for two generations. Dr. Buch also has an office on-site. Financing for the project was provided by Wesbanco and the US Small Business Administration 504 lending program administered by the MVEDC. The facility will create 35 new jobs.
