JARI is a not-for-profit economic development service provider that has been your business development partner since 1974. Our primary service territory encompasses the Greater Johnstown Area, which includes Cambria County, Somerset County, and the City of Johnstown. We also offer various business assistance programs to other portions of Southwestern Pennsylvania, particularly in Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District.
