Employee Services Specialist, GS-201-05. Employee Services Specialists provide support and technical assistance in all areas of personnel, including staffing, classification, employee relations, salary and wage administration, labor/management relations, and training/development alternatives. Qualifications: Applicants can qualify with a four year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree or can qualify with three years of progressively responsible general experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. |
