Wind energy opponents have pointed to the Moratorium Report from Lincoln Township, Wisconsin, in recent years as evidence of wind energy's negative impacts. An "excerpts" document has circulated that supposedly paraphrases that report. AWEA here provides the actual complete report.
In addition, Mick Sagrillo, chairman of the Town of Lincoln Wind Turbine Moratorium Study Committee, has provided comments to the "excerpts" document. These informative comments can be downloaded here:

power component. Spreadsheet tracks number of utilities in regulated states offering
green power products and marketers in competitive states. For each product, lists
product, price, prominent customers and other details.
Emissions spreadsheet (to come)
Excel spreadsheet that supports the Fact Sheet, "Comparative Air Emissions of Wind
and Other Fuels." Allows users to calculate estimations of avoided emissions,
when compared to convention fuels, equivalent trees planted, etc.
