Safety Tip Cards
Your students can simply read these tip cards. Or, they can cut them out, affix them to cardstock for durability, attach a magnet, and keep them on their refrigerators at home.

Physical Activity Calendar
Your students can use this blank calendar to track their physical activity over a week, a month, or a year. You may want to challenge your students to try new activities and/or increase the time they spend being active each week to the recommended 60 minutes or more. They can monitor their progress on this form.
