ATF’s interns support broad interrelated missions involving law enforcement, regulatory, counterterrorism, alcohol and tobacco diversion, and homeland security concerns. Interns are exposed to legal work from all four attorney practice groups in ATF Headquarters, including: Litigation; Administrative Law and Ethics; Disclosure and Forfeiture; and Firearms, Explosives and Arson.
