A member organization in the Wetlands Subcommittee is one to which OMB Circular A-16, Coordination of Geographic Information and Related Spatial Data Activities, applies, one which "collects, produces, acquires, maintains, distributes, uses, or preserves analog (e.g., paper maps) or digital spatial data to fulfill (its) mission, either directly or through a relationship with other organizations," or by invitation.
