Pediatric Terrorism and Disaster Preparedness: A Resource for Pediatricians (the “Resource”) is the intellectual property of the American Academy of Pediatrics ("AAP"), which holds the copyright thereto. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality ("AHRQ") has a nonexclusive royalty-free worldwide license to reproduce and distribute the Resource and to authorize others to reproduce and distribute it in their delivery of health care or for quality improvement and educational purposes, in each case only as related to terrorism preparedness and on the condition that no fee is charged to or by the user for the use of the Resource.

Users may reproduce and distribute excerpts of the Resource, provided that such excerpts must be identified as authored and owned by AAP and must conspicuously include this Copyright Notice. The AAP retains all copyrights in any excerpts of the Resource incorporated in other programs or materials which may only be used in accordance with this Copyright Notice.
