WOMAN Activity Tracker

Here is what others are saying about the
WOMAN Activity Tracker & the 2008 WOMAN Challenge!

"This is my first year to participate. I'm 72. Thought it would be a fun thing to do since I walk every morning anyway. I have Osteoarthritis in my knees and have had shots to keep going. When I completed the first bonus by exercising my legs before getting out of bed, I haven't had to wear leg braces! It's amazing! A little thing like that has been wonderful."
