U.S. Geological Survey personnel teaching streamflow-gaging techniques to educators at Painted Woods Creek gaging station, July 25, 2003, as part of Project WET (Water Education for Teachers).  Project WET is a program of the North Dakota State Water Commission that makes water education training and tools available to the State's teachers.
