MEMORANDUM FOR BUREAU HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for submitting your PAAT. They are being evaluated and you will hear from us in the future about the next steps. We have an additional requirement from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for this quarter's human capital deliverables.

In addition to the PAAT, OPM is requesting three to five employee performance work plans (PWPs) for each performance program description as a part of the sample that you reviewed when answering section 6 through 8 of the PAAT. The larger organizations (FBI, ATF, DEA, BOP, and EOUSA) must provide five PWPs per program description. Please send the PWPs to Sheila D. Marshall no later than Friday, February 24, 2006.
