SUBJECT: New Electronic Leave Forms
This provides the attached memorandum from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announcing the availability of eight new electronic leave forms. The forms listed have been converted from standard and optional forms to their electronic versions. An index of the leave forms is located at http://www.opm.gov/oca/leave/html/formindx.htm on the OPM Web site. The general OPM forms site on the Web is http://www.opm.gov/forms/index.htm.
Please note that the forms will no longer be available from the General Services Administration (GSA) in print form. However, you may download the forms and print out paper copies as needed. The electronic versions provided by OPM are available in fillable Adobe Acrobat 5.0.
