HHS Secretary appoints new members to AHRQ National Advisory Council

HHS Secretary Tommy G. Thompson has named nine new members to the National Advisory Council for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The council provides advice to the Secretary and to the Director of the Agency. The council comprises 21 members from the private sector and eight ex-officio members from other Federal health agencies.

The new council members are:
