Priority Service
Priority delivery service is available for the following products, depending on the workload at the time an order is placed:Product | Guaranteed Shipment | Price |
Digital Photographic Data | within 5 working days | 1.5x the standard cost |
Landsat MSS, TM and ETM+ | within 2 to 3 working days | 1.5x the standard cost |
Certification of Digital Photographic Data | within 10 working days | 1.5x the standard cost of a scanned image, plus a $10.00 certification fee per image |
For orders placed online (EarthExplorer or GLOVIS):
Customers who desire priority service must call Customer Services immediately after submitting their standard order online. Representatives will be able to assist with the priority upgrade and charges. If calling after 4:00 pm Central Time, please leave a message with a phone number so we can contact you the next business day.
For orders placed offline (phone, fax, email or mail):
Customers who desire priority service must notify Customer Services at the time the order is placed.
