Patient Interviews:
A "Typical" Day at the Dialysis Center
- "I'm in very early in the morning and I usually don't stay in the waiting room very long. [I am in] as soon as they open the door. The first thing we do is weigh us. And then they put us in a chair, give us a blood pressure test, and then we get the needles put in. We get a blanket.... I'm on for 3 hrs and 15 min., and then another ½ hour before the bleeding stops." - A patient
Notes:
I also want to of course acknowledge, the dialysis patients. Without them this project would not have been possible and it is for them and with them that we are carrying out this effort.
