(HealthDay News) -- Here are the latest clinical trials, courtesy of CenterWatch:

Gout (Hyperuricemia)

If you are 18 or older, are generally healthy, have sudden onset of joint pain from gouty arthritis within the last 48 hours, and are not diagnosed with another type of arthritis, you may qualify for this study.

Cardiovascular Abnormalities

Candidates aged 6 months to 25 years with Marfan syndrome who have aortic root dilation may be eligible for this study.

Epilepsy

If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy, have had two-to-40 seizures per 28-day period, and are on a stable dose of one or two marketed antiepileptic drugs, you may qualify for this study.
