ACMIS has experienced system time outs and slow response issues recently. Performance enhancement activities have been completed to optimize database performance and system response time. Adjustments to the application configuration, timers and capacity management were made to improve overall database performance.

If you continue to have disconnect or slow response issues, we need that information to help us further refine system improvements. Please call The ACMIS Help Desk at 703-805-2300 to provide problem specifics.

ACMIS is hosted at a state of the art Web hosting environment. The hosting site has extensive security and highly redundant communication and physical attributes. The system was fully accredited and certified (C&A) in 2003 and as recently as Sept 15, 2006, the system went through another C&A audit and again was authorized to operate. The C&A was performed by a third party contractor at the direction of GSA. Sensitive data such as SSN's are not viewable.
