EPC Partner's Guide

This guide details information on the Evidence-based Practice Center program for current and potential partner organizations. It also presents background on the program and the roles and responsibilities of key participants, including the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the partners, the EPCs, and the EPC Coordinating Center.

EPC Template

This template is to be used by AHRQ's Evidence-based Practice Centers as a tool for defining the basic structure for the reports. EPCs are encouraged to use this template to ensure that all their reports have a consistent look and adhere to the EPC II Style Guidelines. It includes samples of all the key elements of the report, including the disclaimer, citation, preface, and structured abstract.

EPC II Style Guidelines

This document outlines the style requirements for evidence review reports produced by AHRQ's Evidence-based Practice Centers. It outlines recent style changes and lists all of the key components that EPCs should include. It also provides instructions for submitting files, formatting the report and online appendixes, sample heading and citation styles, and a checklist that EPCs should complete and submit along with the final report.
