Subject: FW: Conference Call Reminder - Thursday 2:00 EST

All,

Please find attached the following documents to be discussed during the July 20, 2006 conference call:

1.) Revised data enabled form schema for the Petition (B1 and B5 forms), Schedules (B6), Statement of Financial Affairs (B7) and Means Test Forms (B22a,b,c). Specifically, all fields are now unique across all forms and noted typographical errors were corrected. In addition, continuation sheets are proposed for those forms where the official form does not already include continuation pages along with a generic, catch all continuation sheet, where appropriate.  The intention is to provide maximum flexibility.  Continuation data may be submitted on the continuation page provided as part of the official form, extended within the form itself, where appropriate, or provided on the form continuation sheet.  Or, as a "catch all" option, a separate generic continuation page template is provided to be used where a continuation page is lacking.

We will review the proposed changes on the call.

2.) While the proposed new official forms (estimated effective date: Fall 2006) have not been posted to the AOUSC website, please go to the following link for information on the upcoming changes:

http://www.uscourts.gov/rules/index.html#standing0606

3.) CM/ECF bankruptcy release 3.1, release notes

Please let me know if you do not receive the attachments or can not open them.  Otherwise, we look forward to discussing these documents on Thursday.

Thank you
