Schedule of Events & Upcoming Mailings

2008–2009

May 31: Last day of interviewing for Round 5 of Panel 11
June 15: Last day of interviewing for Round 3 of Panel 12
July 16: Last day of interviewing for Round 1 of Panel 13

Our next round of interviewing begins in the second half of 2008.

  • If 2008 is your first year of participation, you will be contacted for your second MEPS interview between August and December 15, 2008.

  • If 2008 was your second year of participation (your first and second interviews were in 2007, and your third interview was in the first half of 2008), you will be contacted for your third MEPS interview between July and December 1, 2008.

  • All participating households will receive a summer mailing, which includes a letter reminding them of the upcoming interview, and a short questionnaire which should be completed by each household member over the age of 18. A payment of $5.00 will be made to each eligible household member who completes the questionnaire. Participants should complete the questionnaire and return it to the interviewer at the time of the interview. An appointment card is also included for your convenience to arrange a specific day and time for the interview. Each year of your participation, you will receive a monetary payment as compensation for your time in keeping records about your family's health care.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support of this important study.
