System Overview

  1. Provide an overview of your system including all data elements collected, key staff, and approximate cost.

Information Technology

  1. Is your system Web-dependent? Telephone?
  2. Explain your system's data management.

Beds

  1. Is your bed availability data element binary (yes/no) or count?
  2. What types of beds do you offer data fields for?
  3. Are these specified as staffed or un-staffed?

Patient Tracking

  1. Does your system include a patient tracking feature?

Real Time

  1. How often is the data updated?

GIS

  1. Does your system incorporate geospatial elements?
  2. If so, where do you get the data?

Data Reliability

  1. What do you have in place to prevent data entry errors (ie. trend analysis, caps on entry fields)?
  2. Do you include data dictionaries to describe the data entry field to the user?

Hospitals

  1. Where and how many States use your system? Regions? Hospitals?
  2. What is the incentive for hospitals to participate?

Security

  1. Does your system operate on a secure server?
