Printing Tips

PDF files

We recommend that you print the PDF versions of files (when available) rather than the HTML versions. If possible, print on a postscript printer. PDF files may print legibly on non-postscript printers, but a postscript printer will allow a full and correct rendering of the document. To view and print PDF files, you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™, a free software program you can download from the Adobe® Web site.

HTML page

If you are experiencing problems with the text running off the page when printing HTML pages, reset your browser's print properties (applicable for most Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers) by following these steps:

1.

Select File, Page Setup.

2.
Under Orientation, select Landscape.

3.

Under Margins, change the left and right margins to zero (0) (use the tab key to move between fields). The browser will automatically adjust the setting to the minimal requirement based on the printer that has been selected.

4.

Click OK.

5.

Reprint the page.
