by logging intto Registered Users and choose 'View Questions.'

submitting questions to 'Ask the Experts,' you are directly speaking to an
ADL Technical Team member. You may also wish to search the Forums or Known Issues for additional assistance.

within five (5) business days. For questions that may take longer, you will
receive an e-mail stating the length of time for the formal response.
