Federal resource  Mental Health: Culture, Race, and Ethnicity - A Supplement to Mental Health: A Report of the Surgeon General - This report is a follow-up to the 1999 Surgeon General's Report on Mental Health. It provides information on the prevalence of mental health problems in minority communities. It explains why minorities are at risk for developing a mental illness and how to ensure that they have equal access to treatment services.
