Use Policy

The National Training Center will provide classrooms to other government agencies for non-commercial functions on a cost-recovery fee basis.

It is the Center's policy to charge a fee for the use of the Center's commons area (commonly referred to as the lunch room) if a group wishes to use that room for continental breakfasts, lunches, catering, etc.  There is no food allowed in the classrooms.  The surcharge goes to providing extra carpet cleaning throughout the year, and to cover the costs of extra time provided by support staff.

Fees may be charged for additional technical computer set-up and service requested by the user that exceeds the normal services provided.
