SUBPART 1445.3 -- PROVIDING GOVERNMENT PROPERTY TO CONTRACTORS
(a)(4) The HCA is authorized to make the determination for providing facilities to a contractor.

(b)(2) The CO shall request the assistance of the cognizant PMO to determine the availability of existing Government-owned test equipment.

1445.403 Rental -- Use and charges clause
(a) The HCA is authorized to make the determination for charging rent on the basis of contractor use of Government production and research property.
1445.405 Contracts with foreign governments or international organizations
The HCA, after coordinating with the cognizant PMO, shall establish procedures to recover use costs when foreign governments or international organizations request use of Government production and research property.
1445.407 Non-Government use of plant equipment
(a) The HCA is authorized to approve the non-Government use of specific types of plant equipment.

1445.608 Screening of contractor inventory
1445.608-5 Special items screening
(a)(2) The CO shall request the cognizant PMO to screen special test equipment for standard components which may meet other special test requirements.
445.608-6 Waiver of screening requirements
The HCA is authorized to waive screening requirements.
1445.610 Sale of surplus contractor inventory
1445.610-2 Exemptions from sale by GSA
(a) The CO should request exemptions from GSA sale of surplus contractor inventory through the cognizant PMO.
1445.610-4 Contractor inventory in foreign countries
The CO shall consult with the cognizant PMO prior to disposal
of contractor inventory located in a foreign country.
