25th Anniversary of National Crime Victims' Rights

At 4:00 p.m., a parade led by the Bowen YMCA Tigers Marching Band will wind through the U Street corridor (originating on 14th and V Street NW.) and end at the Lincoln Theater. Following the parade, the general public is invited to attend a reception at the theater from 4:30–6:00 p.m. A free program will begin at 6:00 p.m.; tickets are available at the Lincoln Box Office.
