Section 106 Essentials Web Registration

Web-based registration is provided through Pay.gov. Payment by credit card is required when registering for a course.  Your confirmation email from Pay.gov will be your notification that you have been registered for the course.

If credit card payment is being made on behalf of the registrant by someone else, please inform the credit card holder of the following: In order to receive an email from Pay.gov confirming the credit card charge, the credit card holder’s email address must be entered in the “cc: field” in “Step 2: Authorize Payment; Email Confirmation Receipt.”

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start of the course; however, substitutions may be made at no cost up to three days before the course begins.
