E-mail: elijah_ramsey@usgs.gov

Elijah W. Ramsey III, Ph.D. 1988. Geography, University of South Carolina. Remote sensing, light reflectance, light attenuation, satellite imagery, and image processing.

Ramsey's research has focused on the development of physical and statistical models--incorporating remote sensing techniques and geographic information system designs--that better define wetland and coastal ocean processes on a local, regional, and worldwide basis.
