The Program Support Center has a requirement for the Office on Women's Health to solicit for contractors to develop and implement an education and awareness program focused on violence against women, to promote safety and nonviolence on college and university campuses and at residential schools. The contractor shall work with a college, university or residential school within its geographical location to educate and promote awareness to the issue of violence against women by developing 3-4 activities/events for the students, awareness training for campus police and establish an on-campus task force to prioritize specific violence awareness objectives.This requirement is being solicited and awarded under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Period of Performance shall be one year from date of award and the Government anticipates making one (1) award. A Request for quotation will be posted Monday, August 11, 2008.
