Clinical Trials Update: Sept. 22, 2008

(HealthDay News) -- Here are the latest clinical trials, courtesy of CenterWatch:

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

If you are a woman aged 18 to 65, and have symptoms of diarrhea predominant IBS -- including abdominal pain, and diarrhea that alternates with bouts of constipation -- you may qualify for this study.

Anxiety Disorders

If you are 18 or older and have symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder, you may qualify for this study.

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

If you are aged 40 to 80, have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and are a current or former smoker with a history of 10 or more pack years, you may qualify for this study.
