Where do I find a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 map?

Older (1994, 1997) versions of the UBC code may be available at a local or university library. A redrafted version of the UBC 1994 map can be found as one of the illustrations in a paper on the relationship between USGS maps and building code maps. See: Fig. A7 in Leyendecker, E.V. and others, "USGS SPECTRAL RESPONSE MAPS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH SEISMIC DESIGN FORCES IN BUILDING CODES" Open-file Report 95-596, which can be downloaded from this site.
