BioBot: The National Biological Information Infrastructure (NBII) is a broad, collaborative program to provide increased access to data and information on the nation's biological resources. The NBII links diverse, high-quality biological databases, information products, and analytical tools.

NBII Metadata Clearinghouse: The National Biological Information Infrastructure (NBII) Metadata Clearinghouse service enables search through metadata-based descriptions of biological data sets and information products from many different sources to identify those that meet particular search criteria. The NBII Clearinghouse is an initiative to help locate, evaluate, and access biological data and information from a distributed network of cooperating data and information sources. The Clearinghouse also provides access to software tools to use in analyzing, integrating, and applying biological data.
