Abstract: A variety of OSHA publications, covering a range of safety and health topics, may be obtained from the Government Printing Office(GPO). Current GPO offerings include such publications as the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR) Title 29(inpaperback form): Title 29 CFR Parts 1901.1 to 1910.999 General Industry (revised 7/1/99), Title 29 CFR Parts 1910.1000 to End General Industry (revised 7/1/99), Title 29 CFR Parts 1911-1925 Procedures for Promulgating Standards (revised 7/1/99), Title 29 CFR Parts 1926 Construction (revised 7/1/99), General Industry Diegest, Construction Industry Digest, Handbook for Small Business, Excavations, Materials Handling and Storing, Training Requirements in OSHA Standards, Job Hazard Analysis, Controlling Electrical Hazards, Hazard Communication -- A Compliance Kit, the 100 Most Frequently Cited OSHA Construction Standards in 1991, Job Safety and Health Quarterly Magazine, and more. OSHA Regulations, Documents, and Technical Information on CD-ROM is also available through GPO. A list of OSHA publications available from GPO, by publication number, title, GPO order numbers, and cost, is available on OSHA Internet World Wide Web (www) Site at http://www.osha.gov/OshDoc/Additional.html. To order one or more publications from GPO, mail a written request, including your name, address, and the order numbers of the publications you would like. See Distributor Information below for the address. Make checks payable to the Superintendent of Documents. GPO gives a 25 percent discount for orders of 100 or more copies. Credit card charge (MasterCard and Visa) is accepted. All prices are subject to change by GPO without notice.

Purpose: To provide employers, employees and the public citizen information on the OSHA program objectives and requirements. Further, the publications provide essential information on recognition, avoidance, and prevention of unsafe or unhealthful working conditions.
