Abstract: Several audiovisuals representing the work of OSHA are
available in these formats: videotape, VHS, and slide/tape, from the National
Technical Information Service(NTIS). Topics covered by NTIS materials include
Workplace Precautions Against Bloodborne Pathogens, Crane Safety Awareness,
Excavations, Eye Injuries and Eye Protection Equipment, Hazard Recognition,
Highlights of OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard(HCS), Industrial
Ventilation, OSHA Voluntary Compliance Outreach Program, Safety and Health
Factors for Working with formaldehyde, Silica, Slips and Falls, Spray
Application Operations, Welding and Cutting, Temperature Stress, Acids, and
Carbon Monoxide, Safety and Health Hazards in the Office, Safety Hazard
Recognition for Industrial Hygienists, Construction Industry Safety and Health
Outreach Program, and Assessing the Need for Personal Protective Equipment. The

Purpose: To provide employers, employees, and the public citizen
information on the OSHA program objectives and requirements. Further, the

are part of a total OSHA information program, internal and external, aimed at
