Abstract: The OALJ Law Library consists of
administrative-adjudicative decisions relating to U.S. Department of Labor,
Office of Administrative Law Judge proceedings. Paper copies are available in
the National Headquarters. Recent ALJ decisions are posted on the Internet at
www.oalj.dol.gov.
Purpose: The OALJ Law Library provides
access to the administrative-adjudicatory decisions of the Department of Labor.
The OALJ web site provides nationwide distribution of those decisions.
Agency Program: The Office of Administrative Law Judges conducts
hearings under the Administrative Procedure Act. Decisions are distributed in
compliance with the APA.
