ABSTRACT: A computer application used for the composition, editing,
formatting, and printing of viewable material.
PURPOSE: This system permits Justice employees and contractors to
use computer technology in the performance of the Department's mission.
ACCESS CONSTRAINTS: All records in this system are protected from
unauthorized access through appropriate administrative, physical, and technical
safeguards. These safeguards include restricting access to those with a need-to-know
in order to perform their official duties, as well as the use of locks and
alarm devices to provide physical security.
USE CONSTRAINTS: Limited to Justice employees and Justice contractors.
AGENCY PROGRAM: For use in all Justice programs.
