                                  ORDER

      On July 11, 2006, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit

issued a decision remanding this case with instructions directing this Judge to reassign it and

intimating that the parties shall "work with the new judge to resolve this case expeditiously and

fairly." Cobell v. Keinpthorne, 455 F.3d 317, 335-36 (D.C. Cir. 2006). Accordingly, pursuant to

the July 11, 2006, Judgment of the D.C. Circuit, which ordered remand and reassignment of the

case, and in accordance with the mandate issued on December 4, 2006, it is hereby

      ORDERED that this case, as well as the related cases, shall be reassigned to Judge James

Robertson.

      SO ORDERED.
