Terrorist Groups: Will the U.S. Add Additional Palestinian Groups

Answer: We continue to monitor the activities of all groups that engage in violence and claim terrorist attacks and routinely review groups for possible designation as  foreign terrorist organizations.  The designation of a group requires an exhaustive administrative record to demonstrate that it meets the strict guidelines of the implementing legislation.
