• Abstract: Approval of Utah (UT) State standards, Region VIII, Revocation of Advisory and Repetitive Standards which is substantially identical to the Federal standard with the exception that the State retained 1910. 28(p)(1), which specifies that an interior hung scaffold should be hung or suspended from the roof structure or substantial ceiling beams.
