• Abstract: Approval of Puerto Rico (PR) State standards, Region II, comparable to OSHA Hazard Communication as published November 25, 1983 (48 FR 53280); Revocation of Advisory and Repetitive Standards as published February 10, 1984 (49 FR 5318); and Servicing of Single Piece and Multi- piece Rim Wheels as published February 4, 1984 (49 FR 4338). The Puerto Rico plan provides for the adoption of Federal standards as State standards by reference. 
Abstract:

Approval of Oregon (OR) State standards, Region X, which is as
effective as 1910 Subpart S, Electrical Standards, as published
January 16, 1981 (46 FR 4034) and subsequent corrections as
published August 7, 1981 (46 FR 40183). The Oregon Electrical
Standards were adopted September 14, 1983 and became effective
September 15, 1983. Effective date of this FR: September 28, 1984.
