This notice announces the denial of the request for an interim order and provides reasons for the action. A hearing date has been set for November 17, 1987. Written comments and requests to participate in the hearing must be submitted by September 14, 1987.

September 1, 1985, from the final medical removal trigger under the
Standard for Occupational Exposure to Lead, 1910.1025(k)(1)(i)(D).
This notice announces the denial of the request for an interim order
